• Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product on delivery (with proof/unboxing video)
  • Expired product received
• Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery at rakshavidyam@gmail.com or +91 9421886607.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after verification.
• Products once opened/used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• In case of customer error (e.g., wrong product ordered), return courier charges will be borne by the customer.
